Internal Tools

We know this platform is in the spotlight, but the cameras haven’t quite rolled on our official review just yet. We’ve caught glimpses of its feature set—enough to recognize how it might fit into a marketing tech stack—but rather than improvising a shaky first impression, we prefer to spend time doing a thorough review—no early teasers that miss the mark.

If you’re already working with this platform or just considering it, we’re happy to share initial thoughts from similar tools we’ve tested and help you decide if it’s ready for a supporting role or a leading part.

Starting Point
Founder's Take

Zapier is great for stitching together most common tools out there without begging your devs every time. It’s great for those smaller or internal automations, but can leave you hanging if something breaks or changes.

Why it's used

Zapier's a no-code automation tool that lets you link up hundreds of apps without needing custom coding. Think of it as a more flexible, grown-up version of IFTT, and a bit more neutral than Microsoft's Power Automate. We mostly see it used internally, but it’s flexible enough to power customer-facing interactions, like auto-sending emails or generating marketing newsletters from your internal data. It's basically the duct tape of the digital marketing world—great for patching gaps between apps that don’t have native integrations, especially when you don’t want (or can’t afford) to spin up a developer each time.
